I’m the son of a Turkish father and a Chilean mother. Born and raised in Germany, I speak 4 languages fluently, of which German, Spanish, and Turkish are my mother tongues.

 

After having worked with many fast-growing, European companies, I know that compassionate leadership is crucial for the growth & health of any business.

I've seen and worked with a lot of managers who were focused on reaching targets at all costs, but who were unable to develop their teams, either because they never learned to be a supportive leader, missing support from HR departments, or due to a lack of time or interest.

The reason I decided to become an ICF accredited coach is to enable individuals as well as professionals to act according to their values to become better role models. I equip them with tools to find more clarity, meaning and motivation in their personal and professional life.

In my free time you'll find me spending time with my family and friends, and in nature, doing all kinds of outdoor sports, like hiking, running, snowboarding, playing beach volleyball and backgammon.
